We are proud to share an achievement of our firm:
A recent judgment of the Central District Court (Lod) prevented the delay of a major Urban renewal (Pinui-Binui) project, valued at hundreds of millions of NIS, which is at an advanced stage and on the eve of execution.
As part of the proceedings, the Court dismissed the claims of a tenant whose refusal to vacate threatened to derail the entire project. The Court accepted the respondent’s position, represented by our office, rejected the appeal, and ruled that there was nothing in the claims raised that could prevent the project from moving forward.
