Shmuel Birbir

Shmuel Birbir is an attorney in our firm's litigation department. Prior to joining our firm, Shmuel served as a senior attorney in the litigation department of a leading law firm, and before that, he interned at Herzog & Co. law firm in the litigation department.

Shmuel has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on complex and high-stakes litigation cases in economic matters: banking, class actions, and derivative suits. In this capacity, Shmuel has represented various and diverse clients, including local and international banking and other corporations in complex civil and administrative proceedings, as well as in mediation and arbitration processes.

Samuel’s experience includes representation before all court instances, up to the Supreme Court, including mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings before various regulators, and representation of most banks in Israel, insurance companies, real estate management and development companies, high-tech companies, and more.

Since 2018, Shmuel is a member of the National Courts Forum of the Israel Bar Association.
