Liat’s practice combines real estate and corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining the Firm, Liat headed the combined Commercial and Real Estate Department at a leading boutique law firm, following several years as a senior associate at one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Liat has extensive experience advising companies, entrepreneurs, investors and leading business clients on both corporate and commercial matters and real estate and real estate financing.

In her commercial practice, Liat provides clients with comprehensive ongoing legal counsel and represents them in complex transactions.

In the real estate field, Liat advises on a broad range of transactions and projects across all aspects of the sector, including general real estate matters, urban renewal, real estate financing and income-producing real estate.

Liat’s experience includes representing developers, real estate companies, investment funds and investors in complex transactions and projects.

Liat also has extensive experience providing ongoing counsel to leading clients in the communications, technology and real estate sectors, including public bodies and administrative authorities, as well as commercial clients across a diverse range of industries, including restaurants, retail, hospitality and others. Her work includes conducting complex negotiations and providing integrated legal advice.

Liat has extensive experience developing legal structures that incorporate business and strategic considerations. Her approach is practical, commercial and client-focused, with an emphasis on developing legal solutions tailored to each client’s business needs, efficiently advancing processes, conducting effective negotiations and facilitating transactions and legal solutions.

In addition to her legal education, Liat holds a degree in Business Administration and has studied accounting. This background, together with her substantial experience in commercial and real estate law, enables Liat to take a multidisciplinary approach to representing the Firm’s clients and advancing their business objectives.
