Diana Bermous

Advocate Diana Bermous is an associate in the litigation department at our firm. Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as an associate in the litigation department at one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Diana specializes in complex, large-scale litigation cases in the fields of commercial and civil law, including contract law, corporate law, infrastructure, real estate and more.

Diana has represented, inter alia: one of the world’s leading defense industry companies in a complex claim involving antitrust issues, the financial scope of which was estimated at hundreds of millions of NIS; a leading infrastructure company in a lawsuit for more than NIS 100 million, relating to the construction of the southern section of the Trans-Israel Highway (Route 6); a leading real-estate development company, in an arbitration proceeding relating to an expansion project in a kibbutz in the south of the country; and more.
