Advocate Yonit Gove is a partner and heads the firm's Real Estate Department.

Yonit specializes in providing legal counsel on complex real estate transactions and projects,and provides leading private and publicly traded real estate companies with comprehensive ongoing legal advice tailored to their needs and the full range of their activities.

Yonit has extensive experience advising on significant, large-scale real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, cooperation transactions between commercial parties, combination transactions (landowner-developer transactions), urban renewal projects, income-producing real estate transactions, construction agreements, share purchase agreements involving real estate companies, participation in and management of tenders for the acquisition of real estate, and more.

In her practice, she advises on transactions and projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, as well as preservation and property enhancement projects.

In addition to her real estate practice, Yonit has extensive experience drafting and advising on various types of commercial agreements, including agreements with professionals, suppliers and service providers. She provides clients with legal counsel throughout the life cycle of the transaction or project, from formulating the legal and contractual structure, through conducting negotiations and drafting the set of agreements, to completion and implementation.

Yonit also has extensive expertise and experience providing legal advice in financing and banking transactions.
